What Raast Payment Looks Like Inside Your Account

Inside your account, Raast Payment is the transfer route that speaks straight to Pakistani banks. We publish a Raast ID and a matching IBAN for rupee sends, so you copy one alias into your banking app, confirm the amount, and your balance updates as soon as the interbank message lands. We charge nothing on our side and there are no cut-off hours,

even on public holidays.

How We Keep Raast Transfers Clean and Traceable

Raast is a State Bank of Pakistan rail, and we treat every transfer on it as a bank record rather than a loose receipt. Each credit is matched against the interbank statement...

Matched Every Hour

Incoming Raast credits are reconciled against the interbank statement through the day, so a transfer your bank completed cannot sit uncredited on our side for long. Anything that fails to match is flagged for staff the same shift.

Names On Every Transfer

Raast carries the sender's registered bank name with the message, and we show that name on your transaction record. It means you can confirm at a glance that a credit came from the account you actually used.

No Banking Credentials Held

We never ask for your banking app password, your card PIN or a one-time code. Everything leaves your side from inside your own bank's app, and the only figure you type with us is the amount.

Rupee Ledger Throughout

Your wallet is held in rupees from the first transfer to the final payout, so there is no conversion step and no exchange spread applied along the way. What you send is what lands, minus nothing on our side.

A Record Per Movement

Every Raast movement keeps its bank reference, timestamp and status, and you can open that record from your transaction history to save or share. Staff see the same entry, so a query never depends on screenshots.

A Desk That Reads The Rail

Chat and email are staffed daily, and Raast queries go to a payments desk that can read the live interbank status rather than working from what you describe. Most transfer questions are resolved in the first reply.

RAAST SIDE BY SIDE

Our Raast Route Measured Against Other Options

Raast sits next to card sends, mobile wallets and remittance apps, and the differences show up in currency, speed and who holds your money in between. We built our Raast route so...

01

Against Card Payments

Raast settles bank to bank in rupees, so you never type a card number that can expire and no card-processing charge shows up on your statement. The money also moves on a holiday, which cards rarely do.

02

Against Mobile Wallets

JazzCash and Easypaisa hold your money in a separate wallet balance first. Raast skips that stop and sends from your bank account to ours, which leaves one fewer ledger in the middle of the transfer.

03

Against Remittance Apps

Remittance services take your money in one currency and pay it out in another, adding a spread on the way. Raast keeps the whole movement in Pakistani rupees, so nothing is converted before it reaches your balance.

04

Against Branch Deposits

Over-the-counter deposits close when the branch does and often want a slip filled in by hand. The Raast rail keeps running overnight, at weekends and on public holidays, which suits transfers made after work.

05

Against Card Payouts

A withdrawal sent back through Raast reaches a bank account you already hold and can walk into, rather than a card that your issuer might replace, block or cap without warning you first.

06

Against Other Raast Sites

Some operators ask you to email a screenshot before they credit a transfer. We read the interbank message itself and update your balance from it, so a completed transfer does not wait on a human.

07

Against Outside Desks

No agent sits between your bank and your wallet, so no third party collects your transfer details before a credit is released. You deal with your own bank on one side and our payments desk on the other.

Six Things That Define Raast on 66pk8888

Six things stand out about the way Raast works here, and you will notice them from your first transfer onwards. Nothing is converted, the alias stays...

Rupees In, Rupees Out

The transfer never leaves Pakistani rupees, so there is no conversion line on your statement and no spread quietly taken out of the amount. What your bank debits is what your balance receives.

One Alias To Reuse

Our Raast ID stays the same, so once it is saved in your banking app a transfer is a tap and a confirmation. There is no new reference number to chase before every send.

Open All Night

The rail runs around the clock, so a transfer sent after midnight or during a public holiday clears the same way as one sent at lunchtime. Nothing queues until the next working morning.

Confirmed By The Bank

Your balance updates from the interbank message, not from a screenshot you send in. That means the credit you see matches what your own bank has already recorded on its side.

Cheaper Than Cards

Bank-to-bank transfers avoid the processing charge that sits behind card payments, and the savings stay on your balance rather than disappearing into a fee line each time you send.

Records You Keep

Each movement carries a bank reference you can copy into your own records, and the entry stays in your transaction history so you can look it up weeks later if a query ever arises.

Raast Payment Questions We Get Asked Most

Raast is the State Bank of Pakistan's instant bank-to-bank rail, and we use it for rupee transfers and payouts. You send from your own banking app to the alias we publish, and your balance updates from the interbank message.

During normal banking hours most transfers land within a minute or two, because the credit comes straight from the interbank message. At quieter times, or if your bank batches the send, it can take a little longer.

We add nothing on our side, so the amount your bank debits is the amount credited to your wallet. Your own bank may apply its own interbank charges, which appear on your statement rather than on ours.

Any bank connected to the Raast network can send to our alias, which reaches the large majority of Pakistani accounts. If your bank's app does not show Raast yet, a normal IBAN transfer to the same account works.

A Raast ID is a short alias pointing at a bank account without a full IBAN. Ours sits on a copy button inside your wallet, so you can paste it into your banking app in one step.

A pending line usually means your bank has shown the debit but the interbank message has not finished travelling. Send live chat the reference from your banking app and we will trace the transfer from our side.

Yes. Payouts raised against Raast go back down the same interbank rail to the account you specify, usually within one working day once our checks finish. Weekend and holiday requests can take a little longer.
